Drop-in sessions
Drop-in sessions are available at our 5 stop smoking centres across Medway:
- Stop Smoking Advice Centre, Chatham (ME4 4JL)
- Balmoral Gardens Healthy Living Centre, Gillingham (ME7 4PN)
- Warren Wood Social Club, Rochester ( ME1 2XA)
- Wayfield Family Hub, Chatham (ME5 0HH)
- Strood Community Hall, Strood (ME2 3EP).
These free sessions offer 1-2-1 support and there's no need to book.
Come along for expert help and encouragement.
Phone support
Our friendly team of trained advisers offer:
- weekly 1-2-1 support to strengthen your motivation and help you stay on track
- access to nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) including skin patches, gum, inhalators, lozenges and mouth spray
- access to smoking cessation medication
- a free vape starter kit including 10 liquids, worth £45.99 (only available to residents aged 18 and over).
