Involve Kent services

Involve Kent support young people leaving care (aged 18 to 25), and those aged 16 or 17 who are at the transition stage, including former unaccompanied asylum-seeking children.

We'll work to increase positive outcomes, and provide help and support for you.

We'll link you to voluntary and statutory services for support with issues such as:

  • housing
  • employment
  • training and education
  • mental health issues
  • advocacy
  • engagement with social activities.

We'll also help you to:

  • plan for the future
  • manage crisis
  • enjoy and pursue hobbies and new interests.

Our Care Leaver Navigators will build on the support that already exists for care leavers by working collaboratively with other services.

The guidance we give will always have your best interests and wishes at heart, by helping you to navigate your way through all the services and pathways of support available.
