Partners in Investment Fund |
Through the government's Pride in Place Impact Fund, we've been given £400,000 worth of funding to support up to 2 major delivery-ready capital projects. These projects will need to cost a minimum of £1 million and begin construction this year.
The fund will offer gap funding to support large-scale, mixed-use re-development that will have a visible, transformative impact on Medway’s town centres, with a priority focus on Gillingham town centre. |
