Stay fit at home and take one of our Medway Sport exercise classes.

Our sports centres may be closed due to current national guidelines on coronavirus (COVID-19). Instead our dedicated fitness instructors are bringing the workouts to your living room by running sessions online.

Our sessions will help you to carry out your favourite routines while making the most of your indoor or garden space.

Whether you've attended one of our exercise sessions at your sports centres or you’ve never been to one before, our online sessions will help keep you moving well. We run a range of exercise sessions at our sports centres and we look forward to welcoming you again when we reopen.

Social media classes

Monday 1 June: Cardio, Combat and Core at 6pm

Tuesday 2 June: Strengthen and tone your arms at 10am

Wednesday 3 June: After-school family basketball session at 3.30pm

Thursday 4 June: Zumba anytime between 5pm and 10pm

Friday 5 June: ChairFit at 10.30am
