Healthy Way is a free 12-week course.
Each week you'll learn simple healthy habits that you can use anywhere and will last a lifetime.
Our friendly team of instructors will show you how to eat a balanced diet and find easy ways to fit activity into your everyday routines.

- what’s in our food
- diabetes prevention
- making small changes
- managing stress
- looking after our general health
- food labelling
- lifestyle
- the importance of sleep
- how to stay on track.

Recipe of the month
We also have a healthy recipe for each month. Our recipe for December is Mince Pie Porridge.
Healthy Way groups
We offer both mixed-sex and single sex groups.
There is currently a waiting list for our mixed-sex groups. Please get in touch if you would like to join the waiting list. We schedule our sessions when facilitators are available to lead groups.
