Terms and conditions
The following terms and conditions apply:
- the child or young person allows Child-friendly Medway to use their drawing or idea as part of the final design for the Child-friendly Medway mascot project
- ideas and drawings can be submitted online, and all entries will be saved anonymously before being used by Child-friendly Medway
- the drawings and ideas will be shared with a local artist who will use them to create 10 designs. Children and young people attending the participating schools, youth projects and at Child-friendly Medway events will be asked to vote for their preferred design
- voting for the preferred design can also be done online via social media
- some drawings and ideas will be kept for one year as evidence of children and young people’s participation in this project
- no personal details of the individual child or young person are required to take part, all drawings and ideas are collected anonymously
- the final day for sharing any drawings or ideas is Monday 20 March 2023
- by submitting a drawing or idea, you have informed the child or young person and their parents or guardians of the terms and conditions of this activity. The school or youth project are responsible for ensuring that the terms and conditions have been shared and confirmation has been received before passing on the drawings or ideas to Child-friendly Medway
- by submitting a drawing or idea, schools and youth projects are confirming they have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions.
