Terms and conditions
The following terms and conditions apply:
- the child or young person allows Child-friendly Medway to use their drawings for the Signs of Youth project
- how drawings can be submitted:
- designs can be posted to Child-friendly Medway at Gun Wharf, Dock Road,
Chatham, ME4 4TR - you can also take a photo of your design and tag Child-friendly Medway in the
picture on Facebook, X or Instagram using #CFMsignsofyouth - you're also able to scan in completed drawings and email them to
childfriendly@medway.gov.uk.
- designs can be posted to Child-friendly Medway at Gun Wharf, Dock Road,
- all entries will have the area of Medway, and/or name of school the child or young
person filling out the form is from and/or attends. We do not need to know the name of the child or young person - the shortlisted entries will be published on the Signs of Youth page
- the creator of the chosen sign will be contacted via their local school or directly for
individuals - some drawings will be kept for 3 years as evidence of children and young
people’s participation in this project - by submitting a drawing, you have informed the child or young person and their
parents or guardians of the terms and conditions of this activity. The school or youth project are responsible for ensuring that the terms and conditions have been shared and confirmation has been received before passing on the drawings to Child-friendly Medway - by submitting a drawing, schools, youth projects and individuals are confirming they
have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions.
