After you've applied
Once you've submitted your form:
- The Greater South East Net Zero Hub will share your details with the installer who may ask for more information to assess your eligibility
- you'll be contacted by the installer to arrange a survey
- the installer will determine if you're eligible by completing a survey and assess your homes' insulation
- you'll receive a retrofit plan if you're eligible, which will provide details of the appropriate measures for your household. This will mainly focus on insulation measures but other energy efficient upgrades may be available
- you'll receive your documents and an install date will be agreed with you
- your installation will begin and once completed it will be signed off by the installer.
