It is a safe, welcoming and non-judgemental space where people can meet, socialise, have fun and help and support each other.

Metro is an equality and diversity charity looking to make a difference in people's lives. They work collaboratively with staff, volunteers, users, partners and supporters.

They promote health and wellbeing through services to anyone who needs advice or is experiencing issues with their:

They use their insight from these services to influence decision makers and to effect change.

Sexual health and relationships support

Brook

Brook is a charity that aims to:

  • break the stigma
  • help young people take control of their sexual health
  • help young people enjoy healthy relationships
  • help young people explore their identities
  • change attitudes
  • challenge prejudices
  • champion equality. 

They also provide:

  • clinical services including sexual transmitted infection (STI) testing and treatment
  • digital support including body image and contraception
  • tailored counselling
  • relationship and sex education.
