Each of our priorities has a series of sub priorities and a number of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) sit within each sub priority, setting out what we aim to achieve over the coming years.
We will monitor our performance against these KPIs on a regular basis and provide an annual update.
Our One Medway Council Plan will also be annually reviewed and refreshed to ensure it remains up-to-date.
