- you’ll tell us if any of the information we hold about you is incorrect or incomplete

- we may share your Medway Council account details with other council systems so that we can complete your request

- that if you close your Medway Council account, we’ll delete your account details, this will not delete your records from our core service systems, so your data will still be held by the council
- that accounts contravening these terms and conditions may be closed without notice.
