Renewals, replacements and refunds
You can renew your season ticket one month before it’s due to expire.
You must renew it at least 14 days before the expiry date. This is to make sure we have enough time to process your request.
Renew a season ticket
To renew your season ticket, you must give us:
- your current season ticket number
- your name and address
- your contact details
- vehicle details
- payment.
You must also agree to the declaration.
After you renew
We’ll post the season ticket to your address within 10 working days.
You must display the season ticket clearly in the windscreen of your vehicle. If you misuse or do not display your permit you may get a penalty charge notice (parking fine).

Refunds
To get a refund, you must return your season ticket to: Parking Services, Gun Wharf, Dock Road, Chatham, Kent ME4 4TR.
Please include your contact details. We’ll contact you to arrange a refund.
We’ll calculate the refund due from the day we receive the season ticket.
