If you receive a text message asking you to pay a PCN, do not open any links or make a payment with their instructions. This is a scam.
We do not send text messages when we issue PCNs.

Blue Badges
A Blue Badge allows people with disabilities to park close to their destination, as a driver or passenger.
You can apply, renew, replace, return or update details on your Blue Badge.
Disabled bays
Blue Badge holders can park in disabled parking bays.
Check if you're eligible for a bay and apply to have one installed. You can also update us about an existing bay.
Dropped kerbs
A dropped kerb (or vehicle crossing) allows you to drive over a public pavement to access a driveway or parking area.
You need our permission to install or extend a dropped kerb.
Parking bay suspensions
If your company needs to complete works on the highway or in a public car park, you must apply to suspend any parking bays that cannot be used during this time.
Parking fines
You can pay for or appeal a parking fine, also known as a penalty charge notice (PCN), online.
