Statement of Gambling Policy
Our Statement of Gambling Policy is being updated in line with the Gambling Commissions Guidance. This policy outlines the way we, as the licensing authority, implement the legislation.

All responses must be received by Monday 4 June 2018 these responses will then be taken into account in the revised Policy. Full Council will then consider the revised Policy on 11 October 2018 for publication and adoption.
Statement of Licensing Policy
The Licensing Act 2003 requires us as the Licensing Authority to determine and publish our Statement of Licensing Policy at least every five years, to keep it under review and make such revisions to it, as considered appropriate. The policy has several aims. It sets out how we approach our licensing responsibilities and aims to promote the four licensing objectives under the Licensing Act 2003.
