Safety training awards (STA) level 3 pool plant course
The STA level 3 award in pool plant operations provides learners with the skills and knowledge to maintain and operate:
- a swimming pool
- a spa
- interactive water
- a feature plant.
Learners must be 16 years of age or over on the first day of the course.

STA level 2 swimming pool water treatment
The STA level 2 award in swimming pool water treatment is designed to help learners understand the basic principles of swimming pool treatment.
Learners must be 16 years of age or over on the first day of the course.
