Application process

When you're applying you must:

  • completed application form (Schedule 7 Regulation 15)
  • include the relevant fee: £23 

A copy of the Interim Authority Notice must also be served upon the Police and they have two working days to object.

The applicant must notify the designated premises supervisor (if different from the Premises Licence holder).

An application form can be obtained from the council by contacting the licensing team who can arrange for an application to be left at reception or by sending the application in the post.

We must be able to read the form easily. If areas of the form are left blank or items are missing, the form will be returned as an invalid application.
