Clubs must send the following to the council:

If you do not have Word, you may download the application for a new club premises certificate (pdf 1,116KB) and Declaration of Club Premises Certificate (pdf 427KB).

A copy of the application form and accompanying documents must also be given to all of the responsible authorities on the same day as the application is submitted to the Licensing Authority.  If you do not send full copies to the Responsible Authorities, any one of them can declare your application to be invalid.

This means that, you will be able to act as though your application is granted if you have not heard from the council by the end of the target completion period of 28 days.
