Clubs must send the following to the council:
- the completed application form (Word) (Schedule 9 Part A and Part B)
- declaration of Club Premises Certificate
- the relevant fee
- a copy of the club rules
- a plan of the club premises
A copy of the application form and accompanying documents must also be given to all of the responsible authorities on the same day as the application is submitted to the Licensing Authority. If you do not send full copies to the Responsible Authorities, any one of them can declare your application to be invalid.

Will tacit consent apply?
This means that, you will be able to act as though your application is granted if you have not heard from the council by the end of the target completion period of 28 days.
