Smoking in pregnancy
There are over 4,000 chemicals in tobacco. Would you let your child into a room containing 4,000 chemicals, 60 of which you know can cause cancer? Of course not.
If you smoke during pregnancy, your baby will be in the womb with all those chemicals and as a result may not grow and develop properly. They may also have learning difficulties because those chemicals can interfere with brain development.
Lots of mums-to-be have quit through us – we’re available Monday to Saturday to help you and your baby have the best chance of a healthy start.
