The government requires all local authorities to publish an Infrastructure Funding Statement (IFS). The latest statement covers the financial year 2022 to 2023 and will be published annually.

This includes details of:

all Section 106 contributions received
expenditure of contributions
proposals for future infrastructure provision to be funded by Section 106 contributions.
