Invite to Mayor to an event

The Mayor will be only attending online events during this time.  If you would like to invite the Mayor to an online event, you must give at least three weeks notice.

The invite should include:

  • the type of event
  • the date and time

How we reply to invites

Invitations should be replied to within 10 working days, although it may take longer in busy periods such as at Christmas time.

Once your invitation has been accepted, you will be sent our Mayoral Engagement Questionnaire. This must be completed and returned to us a minimum of 10 days before the event. Once we have it, we can put your event into the Mayor's diary.
