Changing rooms
Changing facilities will operate as communal (mixed sex) and be limited so we recommend you arrive swim ready.
We run different timetables during term time and holidays.
Monday 31 August 2026 (bank holiday)
- 8am to 10am - casual lane swim
- 10.30am to 12pm - casual swim
- 1pm to 3pm - family splash.
Pool information
- normal opening times: Monday to Friday 6.30am to 9pm, Saturday and Sunday 8am to 4pm. Bank holiday dates and opening hours

- children must be accompanied by an adult in the water. View adult to child ratios.
- private sessions are not open to the public. Schools, parties and clubs can hire lanes or the pool be emailing hoo.leisure@medway.gov.uk
