Closure of changing rooms and pools

Our changing rooms and pools will be closed for 2 weeks from Monday 20 July to Sunday 2 August due to refurbishment and redecoration of our changing rooms. 

From Monday 3 August our pool will for 2 daily casual swim sessions. Daily casual swim session will run from:

  • Monday to Friday - 7am to 9am and 4pm to 8pm. 
  • weekends - 8am to 12pm and 1pm to 3pm.

On 29 August and 30 August pools will be closed from 1pm to 3pm on both days. 

Changing facilities will be limited so we recommend you arrive swim ready. 

We're hoping works will be fully completed within 4 weeks, so we're able to provide a full programme at the beginning of September 2026.

Serving Medway's rural communities, Hoo offers weekly fitness classes, swimming and a fully functioning fitness suite.

 

Centre opening times

Normal opening times are:

  • Monday to Friday: 6.30am to 9pm
  • Saturday and Sunday: 8am to 4pm.

The swimming pool has steps to access it. But hoists are available so that your entry is supported.

Disabled parking bays are provided.
