David
David joined the Healthy Way team in 2018 and is super passionate about supporting others to adopt positive lifestyle changes.
He has qualifications in coaching, behaviour change and nutrition, and weight loss management.
David understands the challenges that come with losing weight. Through hard work and determination, he lost 18 stone and turned his life around.
Kathryn
Kathryn moved from Florida to England in 2018. She has been working in public health for the past 5 years and has a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science.
Kathryn really enjoys building people’s knowledge and confidence, so they feel able to make healthy changes to their lifestyle. In her spare time she is a keen walker.
Jane
Jane left her career in education to follow her passion for supporting people become healthier and happier in sensible ways.
She is proud to work as part of the Healthy Way team and uses her skills as a qualified health and nutrition coach to support others look after their own health and wellbeing.
Jane is a keen runner and enjoys spending time outdoors - especially if the sun is shining!
Liz
Liz likes to be busy and help other people when she can, so she was pleased to be able to join the Healthy Way team in 2021.
Liz also participates in another of Medway’s great health offerings - Nordic Walking. Nordic Walking is a fantastic way to get out and enjoy fresh air and good company whilst getting some healthy exercise.
She hopes to meet lots of you, either on the Healthy Way course or out Nordic Walking!
Nancy
Nancy became a Healthy Way Adviser in 2013. She enjoys helping people make positive lifestyle changes through education and watching them grow in confidence.
Nancy loves to see her clients give things a go, whether that is making a food swap, cooking a new meal or trying out some physical activity that they did not think was possible.
In her own time, Nancy enjoys keeping active especially outside.
Derry
Derry has been delivering Healthy Way since April 2016.
Her background is in fitness and training, and she is very aware of how our choices can affect people’s health outcomes.
Derry very much enjoys delivering the Healthy Way courses and seeing the positive effect it has on individuals' lives.
Lisa
Lisa has been a Healthy Way Facilitator since 2017. She has a host of knowledge and is passionate about the psychology of Why we eat.
Lisa is an eternal student and her qualifications include:
- a BSc (open) in psychology and creative writing
- a diploma in hypnotherapy and counselling
- numerous courses in nutrition and mindfulness.
Lisa loves connecting with others and, having witnessed so many lives transform both physically and mentally from attending Healthy Way, she is very proud to be part of the team.
Millie
Milicent joined the Healthy Way team in 2022. She loves to see people happy and living well.
Mille believes Healthy Way is inspiring, life changing and a great way to prevent ill health.
She is an active member of the Nigeria Association and is proud to be helping her community look after their wellbeing by living a healthier lifestyle.
Rhianna
Rhianna has been a Supporting Healthy Weight Adviser since early 2023.
She is currently studying for a degree in human nutrition and health. She is also an advocate for a holistic approach to health and wellbeing.
Rhianna is fascinated by the impact of nutrition on the mind-body connection, and loves to prepare simple, nourishing meals that require little effort!
Laura
Laura is a well-known fitness and nutrition expert and a former professional sports woman.
With over 30 years in the industry, she has dedicated her life to helping people become fitter and healthier, both mentally and physically.
