David joined the Healthy Way team in 2018 and is super passionate about supporting others to adopt positive lifestyle changes.
He has qualifications in coaching, behaviour change and nutrition, and weight loss management.
David understands the challenges that come with losing weight. Through hard work and determination, he lost 18 stone and turned his life around.
Gabriela has been with Healthy Way since 2019 after leaving her career in finance to train in nutrition and focus on her real interest – health and wellbeing.
Her goal is to help people enjoy their best health and she believes a healthy and balanced diet does not need to limit you.
Kathryn moved from Florida to England in 2018. She has been working in public health for the past 5 years and has a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science.
Kathryn really enjoys building people’s knowledge and confidence, so they feel able to make healthy changes to their lifestyle. In her spare time she is a keen walker.
Laura has been overseeing Healthy Way since 2018 and feels incredibly lucky to work with such a great team on such an important programme.

Sarah joined the team in 2020 and is committed to helping people improve their lifestyles.
She is on her own weight loss journey (having tried every diet out there!) and is a big fan of Healthy Way. It has helped her to focus on fuelling her body in the right way and to find an exercise programme that fits easily into her day-to-day routine.
