Plan your week

Take some time to plan your week to include things that make you feel good. This could include:

  • doing something creative
  • going for a walk
  • reading
  • gardening
  • cooking
  • listening to music. 

Spend time outdoors

Being outside can be a great way of making you feel better. It can help you:

  • feel connected to nature and your neighbourhood
  • enjoy the natural world and local environment. 

It does not matter if you take a walk to the park or spend time in your garden, being outside can help.

Look after yourself

You should prioritise looking after yourself. This can include:

  • eating healthy
  • staying hydrated
  • being active
  • taking care of your mental health
  • sleeping well.
