Apply for a licence
The person in charge of running the event must apply for a child performance licence. You must apply for the licence at least 21 days before the event.
To apply you will need to complete a Child Performance Licence form along with:
- two identical passport size photographs of the child taken within the previous six months
- proof of the child's age (such as a photocopy of the child's birth certificate)
- a copy of the contract or agreement concerning the performance
It may also be necessary for a medical certificate or doctor's letter to be produced, if requested.
