Megan CIC offers group support for adults that have or have had mental health issues. Events are also held to allow Medway residents to express their views on the provision of mental health support in Medway.

Men in Sheds in Gillingham brings together men aged 25 and over who are out of work or retired to share their DIY skills and spend time together over a cup of tea.

Live Well Kent and Medway

Live Well provide free mental health support for people aged 17 years and over. They can help you:

  • improve mental and physical health
  • improve your general wellbeing
  • gain confidence and meet new people
  • access free therapy and counselling services
  • find work, volunteering and education opportunities
  • access support for drug and alcohol dependency
  • join activities and support groups.
