Men in Sheds in Gillingham brings together men aged 25 and over who are out of work or retired to share their DIY skills and spend time together over a cup of tea.

Live Well Kent and Medway

Live Well provide free mental health support for people aged 17 years and over. They can help you:

  • improve mental and physical health
  • improve your general wellbeing
  • gain confidence and meet new people
  • access free therapy and counselling services
  • find work, volunteering and education opportunities
  • access support for drug and alcohol dependency
  • join activities and support groups.
