Help paying for health services

dental chair

Most healthcare through the NHS is free. But you’ll need to pay for prescriptions if you’re not claiming benefits, not pregnant or if you do not have a child under one year old.

If you urgently need a prescription and you cannot afford to pay for it, contact your personal advisor for advice.

Free dental and eye care

You can get free dental and optician care if you're getting benefits. They are also free if you are under 18 or in full-time education.

Health care for asylum seekers

We can help you complete an HC2 certificate if you're an asylum seeker. This will help with health costs.
