Below is a brief guide to the awards process.

Choose an award lead

We recommend that the lead professional for the awards process be the PSHE lead, a member of your senior leadership team (SLT) or a member of staff that has responsibility for the whole school health and wellbeing approach.

Register your interest

Fill in our online form to register your interest in the programme.

Set up your organisation account

You'll need an organisation account to track your progress.

Meet us to start your Bronze Award

If you're eligible for the programme, we'll arrange a meeting to help you get started.

This will involve helping you start your Bronze Award form and talking you through the pledges.

Gather and upload evidence for your Bronze Award

Log into your account and upload evidence for your Bronze Award pledges.

You can upload your files and explain what pledge each piece of evidence is for.

Get your Bronze Award

Once you've uploaded evidence for all Bronze Award pledges, we'll email you with your Bronze Award.

Your school will then be eligible to apply for the next level of award: the Silver Award.

Start your Silver Award

We'll advise you about starting your Silver Award and send you a link to the pledges you can choose from.

Gather and upload evidence for your Silver Award

Start uploading evidence against your 15 Silver Award pledges.

Get your Silver Award

Once you've uploaded evidence for all your Silver Award pledges, we'll email you with your Silver Award.

Your school will then be eligible to apply for the next level of award: the Gold Award.

Start your Gold Award

Once you have your Silver Award, you can start to work towards your Gold Award.

Gather and upload evidence for your Gold Award

Start uploading evidence against your 15 Gold Award pledges.

Get your Gold Award

Once you've uploaded evidence for all your Gold Award pledges, we'll email you with your Gold Award.

Your school will then be eligible to apply for the next level of award: the Platinum Award.

Start your Platinum Award

Once you have your Gold Award, you can start to work towards your Platinum Award.

Start uploading evidence against your 20 Platinum Award pledges.

Get your Platinum Award

Once you've uploaded evidence for your Platinum Award pledges, we'll email you with your Platinum Award.
