Other ways to dispose of waste
If you have items that are in good condition and reusable, you can book a trip to any one of our household waste and recycling centres and donate them to Gillingham Street Angels while also disposing of non-reusable items at the same time.
Alternatively, you may prefer to donate them directly to Gillingham Street Angels or another local charity of your choice.
For bulky items that are not reusable, you can use our chargeable bulky booking service for household items you need collected.

Business waste
Household waste recycling centres are for household waste only.
Business waste including waste from landlords is not permitted at any of Medway’s household waste and recycling centres. Business owners or managers are responsible for disposing of the waste produced by their businesses.
