What happens after we receive a report

Our parking enforcement officers work from 7am to 1am.

An officer will visit the location of a report as quickly as possible to decide if any action is necessary. If a vehicle is found to be parked illegally, they’ll issue a parking fine, also known as a penalty charge notice (PCN).

You will not be updated on the outcome of the visit.

We will not disclose details of the person who made the report to the owner of the vehicle.
