Update your Personal Housing Plan

If we are already assisting you with a housing problem and you have a Personal Housing Plan in place, then you can view and amend your Personal Housing Plan.

Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB)

The Citizens Advice Bureau hold drop in session to review your housing situation and provide ongoing advice between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday.

Medway Community Hub

Medway Community Hub provides a coordinated service of support for vulnerable, disadvantaged homeless adults in Medway.

This is through close partnerships with services and professionals from the wider community under one roof who provide support around:

  • health
  • education
  • training
  • volunteering
  • peer support
  • employment
  • generally a more meaningful use of time

Medway's One Stop Shop for Domestic Abuse

If you are experiencing domestic abuse, the Medway One Stop Shop runs every Tuesday morning between 9.30am and 12pm and offers free advice, information and support from a range of agencies.
