Professional support

Early Help co-ordinators and partnership officers are available to support lead practitioners and partner agencies to provide Early Help. 

Early Help co-ordinators and partnership officers can:

  • engage with hard-to-reach families
  • start an Early Help intervention plan 
  • identify services that could be included in an intervention plan or review meeting
  • connect with external partners who are working with children and families. This includes the police, NHS, and the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP)
  • support you with using Mosaic to record interventions with children and families.
