We offer a range of memberships to suit your needs. Our Premier Membership is only £39.95 per month and has fantastic benefits including priority booking, members-only gym sessions and swim lanes, as well as discounted offers.

At Cozenton Park Sports Centre we have a wide range of gym facilities and equipment, as well as a variety of different classes for all fitness levels and abilities.
Our brand new gym facilities include:
- natural lighting through panoramic windows, overlooking Cozenton Park
- access to Tanita for Premier Members, the world-renowned body fat and muscle mass analyser
- TRAKK App available for all members making it easy for you to record and monitor workouts, including tracking your reps, logging your weight progression or creating your own workout
- virtual inductions through the TRAKK App
- intelligent resistance machines using the latest technology to synch with the TRAKK App to record your workouts
- treadmills with 18.5 inch bluetooth and internet enabled screens to watch your chosen TV, Netflix or music and sport channel

Gym operating hours and sessions
Monday to Friday
- 6.30am to 9.30am - Premier Member Time
- 9.30am to 5pm - All members and casual users
- 3.15pm to 5.15pm - Juniors 14 to 15 years (bookable session)
- 5pm to 8pm - Premier Member Time
- 8pm to 9pm - All members and casual users.
Saturday and Sunday
- 8am to 10am - Premier Member Time
- 10am to 4pm - All members and casual users
- 12pm to 3.15pm - Juniors 14 to 15 years (bookable session)

Fitness class and gym prices
- adult: £8.80
- senior (over 60s): £7.40 for specific classes or sessions
- one day gym pass: £14.55.
Daily centre admission fees will be added to these prices.
