Major development  

Major development advice is for:

• creation of 10 to 49 residential units
• 1,000 to 4,999 square metres floorspace
• development on a site of less than 2 hectares (including any change of use of land or buildings).

• full advice (meeting and written): £2,520
• charged per hour for officer follow up.

Strategic development  

Strategic development advice is for:

• creation of 50 or more residential units
• 5,000 square metres of floorspace and over
• development on a site of 2 or more hectares and (including any change of use of land or buildings).

• preliminary advice meeting held at Gun Wharf: £576
• full advice (meeting and written): £5,040
• charged per hour for officer follow up.
