A Medway Rents Online account is a simple way to manage your housing tenancies in one place.

With an account, you can:

  • pay housing rent
  • keep track of balances
  • view statements
  • see recent payments.

Registering for an account online takes about five minutes.

After you register, we will confirm your email address and send you a letter with your user ID and details on how to finish setting up the account.

Before you register

You'll need:

  • the postcode for the tenancy you want to register
  • the full tenancy reference number – you can find this on any letter from the Medway housing team
  • a valid email address.

Only the named tenant or joint tenant can register for this service.

Before you can use your account

We need to:

  1. Confirm your email address
  2. Send you a letter with your user ID – this will be sent within 10 working days of you registering
  3. Ask you to confirm your account details online and choose a password.

Once everything is confirmed, you'll be able to start using your account.
