We invest in council housing stock and council owned land to ensure it meets health and safety standards and has a positive impact on the lives of our residents. We have an Asset Management Strategy, recurring decorations programme and estate improvement action plan to ensure maintenance of stock and land is carried out.
Large scale improvements to the structure and exterior of your building and communal areas are known as capital works. You will be consulted before any works take place.
We are continually developing programmes to improve and update your home this includes:

- Boiler replacements
- Replacement front, rear and patio doors
- Roof replacements
- Electrical rewiring.
