We have an Asset Management Strategy, recurring decorations programme and estate improvement action plan to ensure maintenance of stock and land is carried out.
Large scale improvements to the structure and exterior of your building and communal areas are known as capital works. You will be consulted before any works take place.
We are continually developing programmes to improve and update your home this includes:
