A Housing Services Online account is a simple way to manage your housing tenancies in one place.
With an account, you can:
- pay housing rent
- keep track of balances
- view statements
- see recent payments.
Registering for an account online takes about 5 minutes.
Before you register
You'll need:
- the postcode for the tenancy you want to register
- the full tenancy reference number – you can find this on any letter from the Medway Housing team
- a memorable word - you'll need this every time you log on
- a valid email address.
Only the named tenant or joint tenant can register for this service.
Once you've filled in your email address and chosen a password, we'll send an email confirmation so you can complete your registration.
