Booking your visit
You'll need to book a slot every time you want to attend and dispose of household waste.
We recommend that households should not need more than 4 slots within a 4-week period and advise customers to make each visit count by saving waste if you have space until you have a full load.
You can book more than 4 visits if you need to. These can be booked within the same time slot, on the same day or on any other day that is available.
Each booking entitles you to one trip to the site only within your specified booking slot. If you turn up again within that booking slot or do not book a slot, you'll be turned away.
You should read the full site rules before you book your slot.
To book your visit you'll need to provide your:
- name, address and email address
- vehicle make, model, colour and registration.
Once you have supplied this information, you'll be able to book a day and time slot from the calendar.
We offer qualifying charities, upon request, the option to dispose of domestic waste using the Capstone HWRC.
Find out more about local charity access to Capstone HWRC.
Book your visit
When you book online, you’ll need to take note of the following:

When you attend the site ensure that you have your booking reference ready to show to the security guard to prevent delays to you and other customers.
