Coronavirus (Covid-19) bulky waste

Our bulky waste collections continue. But, we will not be able to collect fridges or freezers from Wednesday 1 April. As we will be unable to dispose of them. We apologise for any inconvenience. If this affects your bulky waste collection, we will be in contact with you.

  • If you have only booked for a fridge or freezer to be collected, we will offer a refund.
  • If you booked for other items, as well as a fridge or freezer to be collected and would like these to be collected still, we will collect the other items and, at a later date, will arrange for the fridge or freezer to be rebooked for collection when this service resumes.
  • If you booked for other items, as well as a fridge or freezer to be collected and would like to cancel the whole booking, we will refund for all items.
