Damages to your property
Our rechargeable repairs policy means if you or a visitor damages the property you’ll be charged for the repairs.
- you may be liable to pay us for the repair work, plus an admin fee
- we’ll tell you if the repair is rechargeable and the estimated cost when you report it
- if you don’t tell us, you’ll be charged when we arrive to repair the damage

We won’t repair damage if you or a neighbour causes water damage. For example if a bath overflows, you or the neighbour will have to pay for the repairs.
If your decorations are damaged by our contractors when repairing the property, we’ll redecorate that immediate area, not the whole wall, ceiling or room.
