- Personal Licence - authorise the sale of alcohol for alcohol establishments
- Premises Licence - required for licensable activities for the public
- Club Premises Certificate - required for licensable activities for members
- Temporary Event Notice (TEN) - permission for small scale events
- Variation - increasing hours and activities for existing premises
- Minor Variation - minor adjustments to the licence
- Provisional Statement - where premises are being built, extended or substantially changed structurally
- Interim Authority - when the holder of a premises licence dies suddenly or becomes bankrupt or incapacitated in some way
- Notification of Interest - freeholder, leaseholder or tenancy with an interest in the premises
- Transfer of Premises Licence Holder - at any time when the property is sold, lease, tenancy etc is changed and it is being operated by different person(s) then you will need to apply to transfer the licence
- Changing the Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) - this is called Vary to Specify a DPS. When an existing appointed DPS leaves the premises, the premises licence holder must apply to change the DPS to be able to continue to sell alcohol at the premises
- Removal of Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) at community premises - will disapply the mandatory conditions in relation to a DPS and personal licence holder(s) at community premises.
