Temporary closure of the gym

Due to the refurbishment of Hoo gym, it will be closed until Friday 11 September 2026.

Closure of changing rooms

Changing facilities will operate as communal (mixed sex) and be limited so we recommend you arrive swim ready.

Serving Medway's rural communities, Hoo offers weekly fitness classes, swimming and a fully functioning fitness suite.

 

Centre opening times

Normal opening times are:

  • Monday to Friday: 6.30am to 9pm
  • Saturday and Sunday: 8am to 4pm.

The swimming pool has steps to access it. But hoists are available so that your entry is supported.
