If you move home or change your name, you should tell us so we can update your Council Tax details.
If you move home
If you’re moving house we need to know so we can close your old account and set up a new account with the updated address.
Once we have your new address we will send you a bill with your account number so you can pay or set up a direct debit or pay online.
If you're moving out of Medway you need to tell us so we can close your account. You'll then need to set up a new account with your new local council.
If you move into a property from outside the Medway Council area you need to tell us so that we can set up your account.

If you move home you'll also need to register to vote at your new address.
If you change your name
If your name changes for example after marriage or divorce, please tell us so we can update your details.
