Aqua fit - Strood

A high-energy, water-based fitness class designed to improve cardiovascular endurance, strength, and overall fitness. Using the resistance of water, this full-body workout is more intense than Gentle Aqua, providing a challenging yet low-impact exercise experience suitable for all fitness levels.

Aqua Fighter - Strood

A high-energy, water-based fitness class that combines cardio, strength, boxing, martial arts, muay thai-inspired moves. Using the resistance of water, this full-body workout boosts endurance, tones muscles, and provides a low-impact yet challenging exercise experience. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Aqua gym - Medway Park

A deep-water based circuit class using floatation resistance equipment within the water. Suitable for confident swimmers of all levels.

Aqua Zumba - Cozenton Park and Strood Sports Centre 

A fun, high-energy water-based dance fitness class that blends Latin and international rhythms with easy-to-follow moves. Set in the pool, this low-impact workout improves cardio fitness, tones muscles, and enhances coordination in a lively, motivating environment. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Deep water aqua

Deep water aqua is an aerobics, toning, circuit in the water. The session is a total body workout in the deep area of the pool which allows you to get a workout without the impact. Suitable for confident swimmers of all levels.

Gentle aqua - Strood

A low-impact, water-based class that combines gentle dance movements with resistance from the water. This workout improves flexibility, mobility, and cardiovascular fitness in a fun, supportive, and joint-friendly environment. Suitable for all fitness levels.
