A full-body strength and conditioning class using barbells and kettlebells. This workout targets all major muscle groups to build strength, tone muscles, and improve endurance in a motivating group environment suitable for all fitness levels. Please bring your own mat.

Booty BandZ

It’s time to work those glutes. Looking to improve your derriere then this is the class for you. Resistance bands, weights and music to motivate. “Squat you waiting for?"

Circuits

Circuit is a high intensity and fast-paced workout that will help tone your body and lose calories. It involves working your way through different exercise stations and completing each exercise as many times as you can within a given time.

Conditioning HIIT is a high-intensity interval training session that offers a full body workout that will help burn fat and boost metabolism.

Feel Good Friday - Strood

A low-impact, full-body workout combining gentle cardio, light weights, and stretching. Designed to boost energy, improve mobility, and promote overall wellbeing. This class is suitable for all fitness levels in a supportive, motivating environment.

Legs, bums and tums 

A targeted workout designed to tone and strengthen the lower body and core. Using a combination of bodyweight exercises and equipment, this class focuses on legs, glutes, and abdominal muscles for improved strength, endurance, and overall fitness. Suitable for all levels.

Power Pump - Strood

A high-energy, full-body strength class using barbells, weights, and resistance exercises. This workout tones muscles, builds strength, and improves endurance in a motivating group environment. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Senior aerobics

This class is designed for older adults for a full body workout that is suitable for any fitness level. It’s designed to improve flexibility, agility, aerobic health, balance and strength.

Senior Functional Skills

Circuit of functional movements, using minimal equipment, and making the most of bodyweight exercises. Suitable for over 60s.

Spin and tone

Spin and tone is a gentle women-only group cycle session followed by floor-based exercise for toning. This session is being run as part of the This Girl Can programme.

Supple strength

A fluid sequence of deep stretches and muscular endurance moves designed to lengthen, tone and strengthen your body. Suitable for all levels. Please bring your own mat.

Tone up Tuesday

All over conditioning class using a variety of equipment. Suitable for all. 

Toning At Ten

10am and time to tone. This class uses weights, kettlebells, resistance bands to give your body an overall workout. Start small, aim big and work hard.

An easy-to-follow weights-based class using dumbbells & kettlebells interspersed with stomach/abs work.
