Our indoor fitness timetable also includes our aqua exercise classes. 

Before visiting our sports centres, please check the Medway Sport Facebook page for the most up to date cancellations and changes to our timetables.

How to book

Book a fitness class online

You can also book a session by coming along to one of our sports centres and registering in person.

If you have any queries or need help, please call us on 01634 336 655.

Cancellation policy

Any online booking can be cancelled online if you can no longer attend, refunds will not be offered.

If you have not booked online and wish to cancel a session you need to give 24 hours' notice so we have opportunity to re-sell the space.

On the day cancellations cannot be refunded unless we are able to resell that space.

If you do not show up for a booking three times in one month we will operate a one-month online booking ban. 

You must book your activity in advance.
