Family sport and drop-in sport sessions

Medway Sport offers free or reduced cost sport sessions for young people and families, to encourage active and healthy lifestyles

All sessions are led by qualified coaches, leaders or activators. All equipment needed is provided.

We often work with partners to deliver these sessions, and funded projects can be with withdrawn from programmes, and replaced with alternative options.

We would also highly recommend contacting your local sports club, who also run lots of opportunities to get involved in sport in Medway.
