Senior sports sessions are for people aged 60 and over.
You can enjoy tailored fitness classes and free swimming at Medway sports centres.

No booking is required for these sessions.
Costs
If you're not a member, sessions cost £4.20 per session and non-member daily admission fees may apply.
If you have a discounted senior membership, sessions are included in your membership.
A senior membership also includes a free functional fitness test to help you keep track of your fitness.
Senior sports session timetable
Mondays
Medway Park
- 9am to 11am: badminton, short tennis, table tennis and short mat bowls
- 10.30am to 12pm: walking football
- 2pm to 3pm: senior aerobics.
Tuesdays
Hoo Sports Centre
- 9.30am to 10.15am: senior aerobics
- 10am to 11.30am: table tennis.
Medway Park
- 9am to 11am: short mat bowls and table tennis.
Strood Sports Centre
- 10am to 12pm: short mat bowls, badminton, short tennis and table tennis
- 11am: chair fit
- 11am to 12pm: walking football.
Wednesdays
Medway Park
- 9am to 11am: badminton, short tennis, short mat bowls and table tennis.
Thursdays
Strood Sports Centre
- 10am to 12pm: short mat bowls, badminton, short tennis and table tennis.
Medway Park
- 9am to 11am: short mat bowls and table tennis
- 2pm to 4pm: short mat bowls and table tennis.
Fridays
Hoo Sports Centre
- 9.30am to 10.15am: funky Friday fitness
- 10am to 11.30am: table tennis.
Strood Sports Centre
- 11am to 12pm: walking football
- 1pm: chair fit.

We offer all over 60s free swimming with a free swimming card. You can swim for free during free swim card sessions at:
