Apply for daily visitor parking vouchers

You can apply for up to 50 daily visitor vouchers in a 30-day period if you are a resident or business owner and need to park in a controlled parking zone (CPZ) in Medway.

Visitor vouchers cost £2.20 each. 

Vouchers should be ordered online. 

R1 vouchers

You cannot use our online form to buy vouchers for zone R1. If you need vouchers for zone R1, phone parking services on 01634 332 266.

R1 vouchers will need to be collected from Rochester Community Hub.

Before you start

You can use this service if you have:

  • not bought any vouchers in the past 30 days
  • bought vouchers in the past 30 days and would like to buy more.

What you'll need

New application for a 30-day period

To apply you'll need to provide contact details and proof of address.

This could be a:

  • household bill
  • bank statement
  • solicitor's letter
  • tenancy agreement (from an agency only).

We do not accept documents relating to vehicles or private landlord tenancy agreements.

The document must be dated in the last 3 months.

If you're a resident, the document must be in your name. If you're a business, the document must display the business name.

If you're a private landlord, the document must:

  • state your full name
  • state your home address
  • state the address of the property where vouchers are needed
  • be dated within the last year.

Acceptable forms of address proof are:

  • annual buildings insurance
  • a gas certificate
  • a utility bill.

Buying more vouchers within a 30-day period

If you have bought less than 50 vouchers in a 30-day period and would like to buy more, you'll need your reference number starting with DVV. 

You'll be given a different DVV reference each time you submit a new application for a 30-day period, so make sure you enter the correct one.

After you apply

If you submit a new application for a 30-day period and we approve it, we'll email you a link to pay for your vouchers.

If you're buying more vouchers within a 30-day period, you will pay as part of your application. 

Post or collection

Due to the temporary closure of our Gun Wharf building, vouchers cannot be posted at this time.

Vouchers must be collected from a community hub or library.
