Let us introduce you to 11 year old Robyn Seal who started at Chatham Race Club around three years ago and has two fantastic coaches Chris and Evie who have led her to a very successful few seasons dry-racing around the UK. Last year she travelled to Austria for a taster week on the snow and she loved it. In February we went to Pila in Italy where she competed at the NSSA final (National Schools Snow Sports Association) and she won double gold in the Slalom Kombi and GS (Giant Slalom). She then headed to Bormio for the English Alpine Championships for some experience and a fantastic opportunity given that the Olympics have just been held here. She had two weeks training with a club called APR (Alpine Performance Racing) and has since competed in the Alpine Slalom where she won gold giving her the title of U12’s English Alpine Slalom Champion. Her family are so incredibly proud of her. Well done Robyn, this is a great achievement and we look forward to watching your journey unfold.
